■ Our online store will remain open throughout the holiday period.

December 28, 2025 (Sunday) – January 2, 2026 (Friday)

  • During the above period, all product shipments and responses to customer inquiries will be suspended.

  • On Saturday, December 27, email inquiries will be accepted until 12:00 PM (Japan Standard Time).
    Inquiries received after this time will be addressed in order beginning Saturday, January 3.

  • Product shipments will resume on Saturday, January 3.
