A round zipper long wallet with thick beaded edges. This is an excellent item that goes well with casual styles. The liner check is cotton-based, the same as GH4, and allows smooth access to bills and cards. The mouth opening is 12 cm (6 cm each). It has a wide opening, high visibility, 8 card slots, 2 bill compartments, a coin compartment and a key ring.
This series uses oil leather made by Horween, a tannery in Chicago, U.S.A. GH5 uses "Chromexcel," which is often used for tough work boots. The raw hides are made from adult North American cows, tanned in combination using a unique manufacturing method, and then treated with Horween's original wax. GANZO uses a special "chrome excel thick leather" that was specially ordered from Horween. The leather is called "pull-up leather," and when bent or pressed, the oil content escapes to the surrounding area, causing the color on the surface to emerge and change to a lighter color. Although color fading is inevitable due to the manufacturing process, the leather is tough enough that even the scuffs and scratches on the leather after use will become a part of its flavor.

GANZO, the highest-quality line available anywhere, pursues the concept of “genuine” throughout the entire process, from the selection of materials, to cutting, thinning, sewing and polishing - without compromise. The persistence and energy of takumi (expert workmen) delivers products created by the hands of craftsman who are well-versed in Japanese culture and techniques.
A new series of bridle leathers made by Thomas Ware, a long-established tannery in England, is now available.
Hida beef is used for the leather of GANZO's 7QS-H. Originally, cows are raised with an emphasis on meat quality, and raising the quality of the meat naturally leads to a higher quality of leather.
GANZO's products are made from bridle leather produced by J & E Sedgwick & Co. in the UK, who rely on traditional techniques and manufacturing methods handed down through generations.
